The filing locations for some applicants filing forms I-918 and I-485 have changed

Starting on June 29, USCIS gave an update on Form I-918 and Form I-485, saying that petitioners in certain states must now file these forms at the Nebraska Service Center instead of the Vermont Service Center. Petitioners should determine which service center they should use by referring to the “Where to File” section of the form’s webpage. There will be a 30-day grace period for petitioners who file these forms to the wrong service center.
