After a Supreme Court ruling upholding the program and a federal court ruling ordering USCIS to begin accepting new applications, the federal government is deciding whether to try to end the DACA program once more. In the meantime, all new DACA applications have been put in a “pending” bucket. (click the link for the full story)
This means that new applications will likely stay in a tentative status unless there is a new court order or the government decides to let the program stand. USCIS is planning to develop a process to communicate a receipt of these applications within the next month.
