Professional Background

Ms. Ciccarone is a results-driven professional with four decades of combined business, financial and legal experiences. For over 25 years, as principal attorney of CMA Law Group, Ms. Ciccarone has focused her practice exclusively in the arena of complex U.S. immigration law and commercial civil litigation. She has represented thousands of high-profile individual and corporate clients from all over the world. She has extensive knowledge of all facets of U.S. immigration law and is highly proficient and experienced in employment based immigration cases and EB-5 Investor Immigration law practice. She counsels enterprises and investors on EB-5 issues, serving as the designated immigration attorney for over two dozen approved EB-5 regional center projects. Ms. Ciccarone also successfully represented business entities and project developers in obtaining EB-5 eligible investment project and funding.

Education:

Ms. Ciccarone earned her Master’s degree in Management and Marketing in 1988 from New School University in New York City, New York, and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University), in Zhejiang, China in 1985. Ms. Ciccarone completed her Juris Doctor’s Degree from St. Johns University, School of Law, at Queens, New York in 1998. As a law student Ms. Ciccarone clerked for the New York State Supreme Court Justice Phillip Chetta.

Experience:

Ms. Ciccarone began her tenure in U.S. immigration law by clerking for immigration attorneys in New York. Starting her own law practice in the New York metropolitan area in early 1999, she has developed a highly sophisticated practice with special expertise in U.S. Business Immigration Law. For over 25-years, Ms. Ciccarone has filed thousands of immigration petitions with overwhelming success. The approval rate for many immigration petitions filed is currently 100%; this includes some of the most difficult petitions in immigration law.

She has extensive knowledge of all facets of U.S. immigration law and is highly proficient and experienced in EB-5 Investor Immigration law practice. She counsels enterprises and investors on EB-5 issues, representing hundreds of foreign investors in obtaining approvals for EB-5 Immigrant Petition and serving as the designated immigration attorney for over two dozen approved EB-5 regional center projects. Ms. Ciccarone also successfully represented business entities and project developers in obtaining “Regional Center” designation approval from the USCIS and providing counsel to “Regional Center” operators on a broad range of legal and financial issues including structuring EB-5 eligible investment projects, preparing EB-5 Investment related private placement offering documents, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to building and developing a successful immigration law practice, Ms. Ciccarone also provides thorough and aggressive representation in all aspects of commercial litigation from initial discovery through trial and appeal, representing both businesses and individuals in the area of Commercial Contract disputes and in Corporate Finance and Security law matters.

Jurisdictions Admitted to Practice:

Ms. Ciccarone is a licensed member of the New York State Bar and is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of New York, and before the United States District Courts, Southern District and Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
